Recently, NOVUS SEMICONDUCTORS CO., LTD.’s 1200V 12mΩ NovuSiC^® MOSFET has been mass-produced, and the average yield of the first batch of mass production is 80%. In response to the driving voltage that application-side customers are concerned about, two SiC MOSFET products with 15V and 20V drives have been launched at the same time. In terms of package models, there are TO-247-4L, TO-247-3L, and TO-263-7L can be chosen, which can meet the high reliability requirements of vehicle regulation main drive chips.

All products in Novusem’s full range adopt environmentally friendly materials, have completed RoHS and REACH certification, obtained SGS reports, and integrated the entire process chain from materials, wafers to packaging and testing. Since this year, Novusem’s full SiC series products have achieved stable quality assurance and supply guarantee, fully meeting the application needs of fields such as photovoltaics, wind power, automotive electronics, industrial power supplies and energy storage.
